The first LO I did for The Scrap Heap Inspiration Team was about my love of scrapping and how it felt to find an art/craft that filled something empty within me that I didn't even know needed filling. I don't know what I would do without it now and if I go too long without doing something scrap-related I get withdrawals lol! I know all you scrapping mad ladies out there know EXACTLY what I mean - don't you?
Only another scrapper could understand the sensual delight in new felt flowers, the excitement when your favourite manufacturer releases a new range of papers, the feel of a new scrisp sheet of cardstock ready to be turned into your latest creation, the fun reminiscent of childhood playing with paints, glues, pencils & markers, the visual feast a range of product all colour-coordinated
becomes as it is spread across your desk, the deep satisfaction in a project completed, your loved one's face staring out from a cornucopia of yummy papers and embellishments.

It is all those things. But to me, it is just scrapbooking. And I love it!
Here are a few layouts I had fun creating in the last couple of weeks.
TFL!
