On Two Wheels

For some reason neither of my two children have been great bike riders, and Taylor was 8 when she finally got off her training wheels.  Ronin has a renewed interest in his bike since summer, it's tiny and has training wheels and he really would like a new BMX but we told him he couldn't have one until he could master riding on two wheels.  Well, the first try was not encouraging, but the second go and he was fine within minutes.  He needs practice, especially starting and stopping, but I think we can safely say he will be getting that mountain bike on his birthday in June!
