Sunshine Makes me Happy

As I drove to school this morning I noticed that all the cherry blossoms were budding.  Spring is in the air, despite the chill, only two weeks away!  Spring is the time for new beginnings.  Getting in a bit early, I began my self improvement program today, some time on the treadmill, some sit-ups and stretches.  A gentle introduction for my poor ravaged body!  With Sunshine on my mind I also completed this layout for the 123 Challenge.  The challenge was for Sunshine, Yellow & Misting.  I misted and stamped the little music-sheet envelope (an old, old piece from my stash).  The roses along the bottom are American Craft premium ribbon, and the papers are Kaisercraft.

And the greatest new beginning and little ray of sunshine arrived yesterday in the form of SAMUEL WILLIAM HEMBLING, born to Jay and Bec and big sister Elizabeth, a welcome boy cousin for Ronin, another baby cousin to cuddle and love for Taylor.  We can't wait to meet him!  Congratulations guys, you done good!
