It's all about the girl

Wouldn't you like Taylor's life?  She is at this moment enjoying a concert at the Sydney Entertainment Centre for Talent Development Project graduates and also featuring Jessica Mauboy, Wes Carr, Felicity Urquhart and others.  Prior to that she attended their Master Class workshop, to learn how to break into the industry and other tips and tricks of the trade.  All of this came about thanks to my lovely online friend and fellow Aussielayouts scrapbooker, Peta and her also-12yo-daughter-Taylor, who has become a good E-friend of Taylor's.  We introduced them after deciding that they seemed very much alike, both in personality, and their love of music (Taylor is a talented country singer)!  Thanks to email, MSN, Facebook and even the good old phone they have come to know each other well and yesterday Taylor flew to Newcastle, all by herself, to meet them for the first time IRL (In Real Life).  She has so much confidence, independance and is so brave!  Before she left she had to try on a few outfits (of course) and asked me to take some photos.  It was late afternoon and those winds we've been having the last couple of days were just starting to whip up.  I'll just share a few of my favourites here!

She'll be home tomorrow afternoon, which is good, because I've missed her.  I don't know where she's going to go in her life but I know she has the guts and confidence to get there!!
