CHRISSY'S CHALLENGE
The lovely Chrissy Berry challenged us to pop a Top Ten Layouts slideshow on our blogs, and better late or never here is mine (a Chrissy Ten - that is ELEVEN!!) - so hard to choose because I have so many fave pics of my babies which sways me! Anyway, it's finally done! :) Thanks Chrissy!
CATCH UP TIME
It's March, do you believe it? We're about to start Week 5 of School and what a week it will be for the Tayster. Tomorrow (Monday) is the school Swimming Carnival. Tay has entered both the 25 and 50 metre freestyle races but I think she will only do the 25. That's about her limit. I'm very proud of her, seeing as she is not a strong swimmer, that she was keen to compete and participate with the others! I'll be crossing fingers for her. On Tuesday she has her Day Camp which involves an early morning and a late finish. They are off to Tharwa at the other end of ACT to a bush camp, should be heaps of fun for them! Chris is off to Penang for two weeks leaving Thursday, I have a couple of medical tests (just routine) booked for the week and then there is Roni.
Well, last Monday I got a call to come collect him. He had gotten a bit physical with a couple of other children, including having some poor little chap in a headlock in the playground (oh dear!) and ripping a book to bits in an "I don't want to share" tug-of-war with another child. The teachers have a policy to send a child home to send them a message. He was most upset about going early but they were very loving and explained to him why he was going. It wouldn't work if he didn't care about the early pick-up, so that was good. Anyway, Friday he was brilliant after lots of talking during the week, and he got a big clap at the end of the day for being such a good boy! ROFL!
My own week was pretty boring, the highlight being yesterday buying new cutlery drawer inserts while Tay was at a Dance School bowling party and then I cleaned out the drawers - very pleased with that LOL! I've done little to no scrapping either but have been inspired by some new mags and some other websites so hope to change that!
MY CHALLENGE!
Don't panic, I'm giving you all a good warning but I have a Daily Photo challenge planned for April to celebrate my birthday! Keep looking here for all the details. Great prizes for Best Photo and Best Daily Photo Layout!
